  Very bad experience with dinner, I been waiting with my wife and my son for dinner , there was two or three tables for tree people free but we was told that is reservation on this table but no sign on the table, finally we got a table which one was reserved without since , other tables was free as well, other guests reacted because this situation was very uncomfortable for everyone. We had table only because I said that’s hospitality in Ibis hotel, I feel very disappointed and don’t think I will stay in Ibis again. No explanation for this kind of behaviour from members of staff . I hope that someone from menagnet will look closely for this case and explain why I with my family have been treated this way??? If you want more details about situations don’t be hesitate asking, but as I saw you got cctv in this area and you can check what happened. Regards, Michal

  I just got here. Had a gentlemen come up to my room just to tell me i can not hook my computer up to the tv to do work and play music to entertain myself because i am stranded here. This maintenece guy stayed in my room and refused to leave. So if you want to feel like a hostage and have the staff threaten you then this is the place for you

  Rooms are dated, had a room that was able to connect to another room but could not be locked. One evening, I was sat up in bed and noticed my neighbours peering through being very apologetic. Room148 This meant that the next day, I had to leave posessions in my room that a neighbour could come through and just take with no effort. Beyond that the hotel is satisfactory as a basic hotel. I mistakenly confused it with the other Ibis Styles hotel that I have stayed previously, they are named almost identically by them. The other, newer one is quite nice, newer and more convenient to get to. I will not stay here again.

  Very good stay if need to be at the airport. Star war funs would absolutely love it. Everything is decorated in star war movie things. Just make sure you get to the right one as there are two Ibis styles in the airport area. Service was great, room clean and bed comfy Thanks Ibis Styles :)

  The perfect balance of budget and comfort. Everything was super clean, they use comforters/duvets that are clearly washed daily, and the room and bathroom were generally quite modern. Hallway carpet a little worn, but to be expected from the amount of traffic this place sees. Checkin was very efficient and breakfast was a bit of a melee, but again, busy hotel. More vegetarian or healthy options (muesli, etc.) would have been appreciated, but the coffee machine made up for it. :)
