  The good: Great place to live, apartment stays warm without heating, very close to the metro, close to the 4 temps mall and CNIT, it's location is fantastic. The bad: not much really. There is no place to dispose of glass bottles, the custodian is never here (not sure if there even is one), but other than that it's pretty good.
