  Le staff force à l’upgrade en prétextant une indisponibilité de la voiture avant 2h. Obliger de rater un rendez vous important à cause de cela. Statut de fidélité chez Sixt le plus élevé. Très décevant.

  I had a great experience with Sixt in Nice. The car was great (got an upgrade) and the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend!
