  For a country like France, having an adminitration like this is a shame, Nanterre is THE financial and the technological hub, people comming there for business and watnot to face unorganized and overcrowded place where thinks will not get done. You will be treated less than an animal by disrespectfull and incompetent employee. The worse is that they don't even know the processes.

  Staffs are disrespectful, dishonest and unhappy. As a goverment office it’s fealthy, unorganised and the foreigners are treated like the lowest grade of animale. Waiting time is insane . You have to come around 6 am in the morning to make sure you go back here before 13h. Hope they will change one day so that people don’t have to suffer

  Worst place to be in Earth ! If it happens to you to find yourself there then goodluck because they are disrespectful with the foreigners I cant beleive how a human being can be so bad to an other

  If you are foreigner and coming to renew your card them be ready to wait a long, long time... They have almost a year delay and they don't answer the phone calls anymore. The emails are answered with classic feedbacks giving no informations on your file... Queuing under the rain, the cold or hot weather, beeing treated like mobs and having no way to defend yourself against a so called administration is shocking. 0 star or minus would have been a better rate

  This place seems to be intentionally incompetent. France is better than this. Whatever horror stories you have heard are probably true here. I have renewed here 5 times. The sad thing is, until last year it seemed to be improving. Yet it took a huge step backwards this year and is at an all time low.
