  The customer service is really bad. Please learn from CPAM of CAF office that getting better and better in service for the people.

  Not the place for person speaking o French, either you need contact to some private company who has deep contacts in Prefecture. Else wise it's one place for all services, having said that some employee works at tortoise speed.

  I have had nightmares trying to register my car here. My French is not that good and I was only in France for a year. For an International city with big employers like Airbus it is appalling to me that no one can speak a lick of English.
