::My Suckling pig looked as if it had been scraped out of an exhaust pipe. It was burnt, dry, tasteless and hard . Absolutely disgusting . The whole point of suckling pig is for it to be the exact opposite to how these guys make it. However I believe it is because they have the pig (not even suckling) rotating behind the bar on a spit roast as decoration being slowly turned into lump of coal. I guess if you want suckling pig, go to Spain !
