  The place is fairly large but some of the equipment is dying. Not the best Neoness in Paris.

  pro: best price/quality ratio in paris. I don't think you can actually find anything cheaper than this, and the space itself is pretty nice, really big, roomy, clean. lots of machines and four cable weight machines. if you're looking for a short-term gym solution in a city that's notoriously bad for affordable gyms, this place is great. con: this was definitely a gym created by people who don't use gyms. if you're serious about working out don't come here. max dumbbell weight is 22kg (seriously??). no squat racks, only smith machines. no EZcurl bars or short barbells. the free weight section is generally pretty pathetic, all old and rusty weights, dumbbells scattered around the floor (re-racking is not really the norm here...), always need to hunt / scavenge for weights from around the gym when doing bench presses. weird rules (no caps allowed? why?), they kick you out of the gym 15 min before their advertised closing time to clean up. no water fountain. no mirrors. you pay for the showers. I don't get why they decide to have dozens of useless, unused guided weight machines and a babyfoot/foosball table smack in the middle of the workout area (which I've never seen anyone use a single time), when all that money and space could have easily supplied squat racks and more dumbbells. staff is really nice, except for this one horrible girl (Sarah? Rachel? unfortunately I forgot her name) who was incredibly rude and unpleasantly confrontational when I first tried to check the gym out too close to closing time. tldr; you get what you pay for.
