  I’m extremely disappointed with Flower.fr. I went into the shop to order a small bouquet and was treated very poorly. The man who served me was rude and supercilious. It took a long time for my bouquet to be made and when it arrived home, a few of the flowers died the next day - obviously not very fresh. They may have a good reputation, but I feel they’ve really let themselves go of late.

  I was thrilled with the flowers this lovely store delivered to my clients for their 20th wedding anniversary. The clients were blown away. I'm very happy with this store and the customer service they provided. The shop is very responsive by email or phone in English or French.
