  I booked a room at the beginning of March and i wish i could stay at this hotel and enjoy the weekend in Paris. But because of an accident on the motorway, I missed the connection coach and I could not get to Paris. I informed the hotel about this issue and the booking was cancelled,however i was charged the full price of the room. I hoped they would be flexible and would understand the situation,but the answer i received from the hotel was "there is nothing we can do about this" I will go to Paris soon,but i will definitely choose a different hotel

  Good placement, close to train RER and subway, close to Opera Bastille. Service on a best level, all concierge was polite and assist in any requests. Room is small but include all needed things (not include refrigerator):heat, air conditioner, locker etc. Very clean room, each day was arranged bed. Will back once more

  Clean crisp rooms. Very comfortable bed. Friendly 24 hour staff. Speaks English. Very convenient location close to train, food, attractions and shopping. Best rate around as well. All good for an easy quick visit to Paris.
