  No hot water in the taps 3 mornings in a row. Staff gave us silly excuses like keep the water tap running for 10 min to get warm water and since everybody is using hot water for shower you might not get it. I asked lots of the guests staying in the hotel and none of them were getting hot water. No variety in the breakfast or choices either. Novotel a No No for future stay.

  The hotel is nice, the restaurant is ok, but the rooms were way too cold for comfort (I went there in winter)

  Expensive for the service level and amenities. Staff seem unable to run breakfast at busy times and maintain a supply of crockery and comestibles

  Good and Contemporary hotel matching the Novotel standards across. Good room with all the relevant amenities being made available. Bed was nice and comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was continental and was tasty and was placed well spread out except that the butter, Jams, marmalade were placed along with the bacon and sausages but not near bread which was a bit of hassle to locate where things are placed on first day. Overall a good and comfortable place to spend the weekend.
