::My partner stayed here and got bitten by bed bugs all over her body and the manager or supervisor is not available at any times to sort this issue out. The soundproof for the rooms it's terrible you can hear people in annexe rooms and down the corridor. You can't close any the curtains or the window shutters so in the mornings there is too much light coming in if you want a little bit of a lie in. So overall I would not recommend this hotel to anybody at all.

::Hôtel très très bien situé, belle devanture et intérieur vintage mais joli. Chambre correcte mais très mal insonorisée et surchauffée. Certains équipements un peu moyen : sèche cheveux dépassé, éclairage un peu bizarre (suspension grillée, lampe de chevet éteinte) et porte d'entrée qui ferme très mal (obligé de la claquer très fortement sans grand succès donc très bruyant). Parking dit "gratuit et à proximité" est en fait à 10 min à pied sur les quais où les places y sont rares et limitées à 12h. Places à côté de l'hôtel payantes (25€ les 3h). Accueil désintéressé et un peu méprisant (pour la porte notamment). Payé 42€ la nuit ne vaut pas plus selon moi.

::L'extérieur ne paye pas de mine. Effectivement on sent que l'hotel est en train d'être rénové. En haut du troisième étage je découvre ma chambre. Très agréable surprise. Elle est propre, bien décorée. Il y a même un balcon partagé avec une chaise. La salle de bain est neuve et propre. Oui il y a un sani broyeur... comme ailleurs! Wifi qui fonctionne, bonne literie. Rajoutons le bon accueil, le service au top (proposition d'utilisation du micro onde ou de faire bouillir de l'eau). Pour le prix de ma chambre je suis très satisfaite. Si vous voulez plus vous payez plus ;) Pour mon prochain passage professionnel je reviendrai. Merci

::Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Notre chambre très jolie mais par contre mal insonorisė. Mais pour le prix je recommande.
