  If there is a 0 rating I will choose 0 rating. I stay in this hotel for four nights. Second night I found my personal towel was taken away by the room service people. Even I called the service center on this issue, nobody really follow up and give me some update. After the last night I found about 130Eur in my wallet was stolen. During the four days my wallet was always left in my bag in the hotel room. I cant imagine who else than the room service people can do that terrible thing. Now I complained for two days still no one call me or send me an email about their investigation. It is totally a terrible experience with this hotel!! Called again today and finally a manger answered the phone, however what she said showed no care or respect to the client. I am totally disappointed and will never recommend this hotel to others! I can’t believe what you said. First I have two towels and one hand cloth, and all of them were hanged in the bathroom. The second night I found one of my towels was taken away, and the underwear I washed and hanged in the bathroom was rudely left on the top of my luggage which is dirty on the surface. Second, now you are blaming me not putting the cash in security box instead of doing something that you should do to the client! If that’s the way you treat your customer, I have no more comments. Don’t lie and hide the truth!

  A little sterile. Very Quiet and comfortable rooms. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and we all slept well. Free breakfast but kind of cold. No safe in the room.

  I checked in very early with his hotel, but they did find a room to put me in which was very considerate of their part. And me and my wife had a great 3 days stay. The staff were bilingual so that was a blow. And the breakfast is one of the best I've ever eaten in France

  Clean rooms. Great customer service. Great rates. Relatively close to Disney.
