  Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable with great service even when we checked in late. Breakfast was decent but a particular staff member there made rude remarks about patrons in French when she assumed they couldn't speak the language.

  Terrible! Collaborateurs peu competents. Cuisine pas terrible. Burger sec, étrange Risotto. Service should be much better for a Mercure hotel. I can only explain this with the region the hotel is located. Wuerde ich nicht wieder buchen! Essen war auch eher schlecht!

  Beautiful hotel nearby by Paris airport. It looks small from outside, but the truth is rooms are all below ground level. There are lots of rooms and it kinda feels like walking through an endless maze getting to your room. I don't mind that. The room is nice, bed was comfy, the TV was nice. There is tea / coffee maker and ingredients if you wanna make one. Free WiFi is available. I would stay there again.

  Absolutely appalling smell from almost all areas of this hotel it smelled like the drains have gone wrong when I complained I was offered a can of air freshener which was completely inappropriate once I did get to my room I found it to be dark dingy outdated and fairly not nice. This was not a cheap hotel and I do not consider it to be worth the value at all that I paid for the room I promise never to stay here again
