  Disappointed with our stay in this hotel because the staff did not seem to know what they where doing not very helpful. Also the level of cleanliness was very poor beds not made properly. After 2 days I noticed that they had not replaced the cups,sugar or milk in the room when I questioned them they informed me that this would not be replaced because it was a welcome pack! This is ridiculous!

  I know you 'get what you pay for' in terms of facilities but this shouldn't include uncomfortable beds and thin walls where one can hear everybody coming up and down the stairs & lift. That said, the staff were very friendly and reception and other public areas were clean & tidy.

  Very basic hotel but it's cheap and in a great location for an easy commute to paris by train. The hotel is also located next to a large super market & shopping centre and opposite a good complex

  Since one week heating doesn't work. Freaking cold everywhere. They give you blankets and electrical heating at check in. Looks like a war zone, with people going to their rooms with arms full of blankets. Room cleanliness "so so"ish; never liked to walk bare feet on stained hotel carpets. Staff is ok; They smile and are just staff, can't help you in your misery. Restaurant for dinner is horrible. No other words. Just horrible.

  Ideal place to visit Disneyland Paris. An hour by bus (No 19) from CDG Airport (€2). Three stops on train from Disneyland (€2.80). Next to shopping centre/ Carrefour. Comfy beds. Helpful staff.
