  Our flight was delayed, so we had to stay here overnight. The hotel is literally located at the Airport, which was great as we had an early flight. The rooms were great as well, however the bathrooms were a little bit small.

  An awful way to end a great trip! Alexandre was awful! In the morning the shower burned me badly and got extremely hot when my fiancé used the sink to brush her teeth. There were no signs or warnings that this would happen so I figured it would be nice to let management know upon check out so they could at least put a sign up to help future guests as I am guessing this happens quite often. The manager Alexandre could not have been ruder! He immediately said he would not give any refund before u spoke and that I was a stupid American for not knowing turning on the sink would make the shower hot. This did not happen anywhere else we stayed and I was not even looking for a refund as this is a super cheap hotel to begin with! He then went on to say in America they need notes on the microwaves so that we don’t put our pets in them which was completely irrelevant and rude! He was saying he was the owner which I do not believe and would not provide me his last name. I did get a picture of him though so you know who to avoid :)! My recommendation to ibis if you are going to be on the very low end in terms of your accommodations, please work on your service and have a talk with Alexandre!

  Hotel IBIS CDG, is very conveniently located from Airport offering a quality and budget stay in Paris. You will have a very comfortable room but a very small bathroom (similar to that of an airplane 😊). There are varied food options and food is good with a lot of options. Staff is very friendly. I did not carry universal electrical adapter and I was struggling to keep mobile charged. Staff provided me with a one with a smile. What makes IBIS CDG a choice is 1. Proximity to airport 2. Connectivity with trains 3. Food option 4. Facilities for a transit traveller (utility items available on vending machines) 5. Friendly staff. So when you plan a trip to Paris again, its your first choice.

  The location of the hotel just beside the CDGVAL station and their quick check-in check-out procedures make this hotel one of the most convenient options. The rooms are small but well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable and provided for some much needed rest. The bathrooms however are tiny, so much so that moving inside is difficult with the door closed! The four restaurants provide a variety of food options at anytime of the day or night. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if one has to spend a few hours near the airport in relative comfort.

  I decided to stay over at a moment's notice at 8:30 in the morning. I thought I'd have to wait until 12:00 for check in but I was given a room straight away. Check it was quick and painless. Five minutes at most. The room is small but clean and comfortable. I had dinner in their buffet restaurant (there are 4 restaurants to choose from) and it was delicious. Friendly service all around. Can't wait for breakfast tomorrow morning! Just take note: the shower cubicle is quite small and the floor REALLY slippery! Please be careful!
