  Never actually used the hotel, but did a booking for a friend that I eventually had to cancel because her visa was not approved. Called, cajoled, sent emails to try to get it cancelled, even with a penalty deduction. Even though booking was almost a month away, hotel was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful to even consider any options. Was a very frustrating experience.

  I always stay here when I'm in Paris. I absolutely love the hotel.and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended!!!!

  Nice small hotel for the price. Friendly. Staff and very clean and tidy rooms.
