  We were traveling with the family (6) of us looking for overnight uncomplicated accommodation, first impression was average, but the staff are very proffessional and the rooms are clean and fresh, the restaurant was surprisingly good, not complicated but exactly as it described on the short menu, all very acceptable and we would use this hotel again, the hostess Evelyn trained extensively in Scotland knows her job very well and made our stay very memorable.

  The staff is amazing! Very good and comfortable beds. Toilet and bathroom neatly clean! The breakfast is a bit a poor, but good enough. The bedroom is big! A bit far from the city center, but relatively close to a tram stop and to a Carrefour.

  My door was left unlocked, bed was not made, no fresh towels, the bottle, water was not replaced. When I questioned the staff, they said they would sort it all while I had dinner, is all they did was give me clean towels, and left the door unlocked again!

  The staff are very pleasant, food was delicious Shane the pool was not open
