::Bof bof bof, la personne à l'accueil devrait faire un stage "sourire et bonne humeur" ça détendrait l'atmosphère. Les prix ne sont pas compétitifs, on y vient parce qu'il n'y a plus rien ailleurs.

::The woman at the counter was very helpful and made picking up the car as easy as it could possibly be. She was there again when I returned it and again made the experience a pleasure. I had been a bit unsure if I should use Hertz because the reviews here were pretty bad. But the description in those reviews did NOT match my experience. She made sure to print out the rental agreement in English and helped me with my luggage. Great service with a friendly attitude.
