  Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre qu'une étoile!!!! J'ai fait une commande le 15 mars. Ca a été livré chez moi mais je n'étais pas là. J'avais laissé des consignes et demander de m'appeler. Ca n'a pas été fait. Obligé de reprogrammer une livraison 2 jours plus tard à savoir aujourd'hui. J'ai demandé une livraison à une autre adresse, celle de mon travail ou l'accueil est constant. Je viens de recevoir une notification que j'ai été livrée et que j'ai signé de ma main! Je n'ai PAS MON COLIS! GLS A SIGNE A MA PLACE! Ils font ça pour se couvrir J'ai appelé la société GLS qui est surtaxée à 0.80 centimes la minute et ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'ont pas tenu compte de ma consigne de nouvelle adresse mais que le colis était bien livré (où on ne sait pas) et que le livreur a tout simplement signé à ma place!!!!! Cela fait 7 jours que j'ai commandé et je n'ai rien je pense que mon colis est perdu. UNE HONTE

  Waited in twice for delivery. Driver never showed then claimed I was not there.

  Never use GLS !! Not professional at all !! You tell them to leave the parcel in an agency (point relais) and the day later they leave it to your neighbor without informing you either by email or by a note in your mail box. Unacceptable !! Furthermore, they charge you 80 cents per min and they shout on the phone.

  Horrendous company, attempting to use the Poste Restante service at a post office in a nearby town, there is one single post office in the town. I copied the EXACT address for the PO, I have had many packages successfully delivered here before, however they emailed me and said the address was incorrect. So they would hold it in a centre 1.5hr from me. I try to make the address even clearer, the same again. HOW is it possible that the driver for a delivery company has no clue what poste restante is, or what a post office it? HORRENDOUS communication, never replying, never explaining and only creating roadblocks. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

  I've lived and worked in 3 west European countries so I know deliveries can be a source of grief! But GLS got to be the worst. They left me a message in slurred french 13.36 I called back 14.20 only to be told since I wasn't home the package was being left at a depot 1 1/2 hours distance from where I live and btw I shouldn't be living in France since I didn't speak french! That day I never left the house .The driver was to lazy to look for the adress! Sad story! Use DHL,UPS or Chronopost not these losers!
