::WOW. How have I never heard of this exquisite praline brioche before?!? We popped in randomly to try this round, pink studded brioche and were blown away. It was fresh out of the oven so still warm (which looks like this is fairly common as you can see them making it constantly) with the right balance of crunch and sweetness from the praline. Our new favorite French pastry- only two of us inhaled the whole thing. Must try when in Paris!!!
