Everything is quite overpriced. Good for window shopping: spot it here, buy it elsewhere.

RACIAL PROFILING by the SECURITY GUARD! The old security guard on the first floor kept following my friend around because he was of Indian origin. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Not only is my friend a distinguished medical doctor but he's also a very good customer and never ever committed a single crime. This whole ordeal left a bad taste and almost ruined his vacation. Moreover the staff is always busy and unhelpful when you're asking for recommendations. The prices are also highly inflated. Take a bus to Kehl and buy your electronics there instead. Much better prices and customer service.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! I wish I could put a zero grade. I bought two books at 70 euros. Did not receive the books, and tried to contact fnac three times. They did not accept to return my money because they can't do that with their policy. The books are on transit, so they can't give the money back. They told me the driver may have lost it. Basically, THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY. Worst Staff ever, worst services, liars, hang up the phone on you, call you at 12 am, and steal your money.

Good to test new products, they are still up to date with popular products. But prices are not competitive with Internet providers, and the shop is often crowded. Small detail but the building it self is probably the less attractive of Place Kléber (I mean Ugly)

I don't see why you would want to annoy your customers with only two cashiers and a massive queue on a saturday. Next time I will order online instead
