  Cosy on the books floor, and always fun to spend time here. However I find it a bit messy and too crowded on the electronics floor. The staff are quite customer centric and friendly overall. On the electronics floor when it is overcrowded it is very hard to get hold of any staff to ask questions or to complete a purchase. Waiting can be long.

  The worst Fnac store in Paris! I had the worst experience at this store; especially the “Photo” department. Please don’t go here! The folks working here are incredibly clueless and blame the clients for their own mistakes! I’d give a zero star here but there isn’t an option for that. Making a purchase and a follow up is absolutely ridiculous here. The salespeople don’t how the system works and they strung me along for 5 days straight: informing me that everything was fine with my order. And a week later, they inform me that they don’t have it in the stock anymore and they informed me about it “before” that I may not get it which is an absolute lie as they never informed of anything of such sort. I had a horrible week dealing with these people and completely unhelpful. In the end, I had to literally beg them to cancel the order so that I never have to see their faces ever again. Even this was a difficult task for them and it’s still not resolved. Lastly, tried to put the blame on what I had ordered and they never once accepted their fault. Wouldn’t recommend a soul to this store! I made a purchase at the Montparnasse store which is way nicer and they have good educated young people employed in that department who know what they are selling and are very helpful. I’d suggest going to the Fnac at Montparnasse.
