  Je déconseille fortement de louer un véhicule dans cette agence en passant par internet. Ou même en passant pas l’agence. Employés totalement incompétents. J’ai louer un véhicule 1 mois à l’avance. Catégorie Mercedes classe b automatique ou similaire. Après m’avoir fait parvenir un mail de confirmation, je reçoit un mail d’annulation pour enfin recevoir un troisième mail de confirmation après les avoir contacté par téléphone. Une précision a été faite sur mon souhait d’avoir un véhicule automatique et surtout pas plus petit qu’une classe b une fois arrivé sur place on me propose une fiat tipo. D’autant plus que c’est la deuxième fois que ça arrive dans cette agence. Privilégier d’autres loueurs

  Terrible place. I went to rent a car in August 2013 and they didn't let me. I was 20 at the time and their website said the minimum age was 18. Then the Europcar app said the minimum age was 18. The reservation confirmation email said the age was 18. When we got there they said I had to be 21. I took one of the brochures from inside their store and showed them where it said the minimum age was 18. They still refused. Also, while we were there 2 people were denied their reservations because Europcar had rented out their reservation to someone else. One man was given a large truck instead of the small hatchback he asked for (and made to pay for the truck). And another couple were not given their reserved navigation system because Europcar had rented it out also. Overall a very poorly run place.
