::Excellent customer service!! The hotel went out of its way to accommodate my special request. Much appreciated. Very clean room, and the room service food was delicious and service was prompt. And, I love the little thoughtful touches in the room (eg space in mini bar for personal use, chocolates on my bed, aromatherapy to help with sleep).

::Excellent Service at front desk. Clean and comfortable. I almost refused to stay at Crowne Plaza after a recent experience in Helsinki. However this hotel staff made me give them another chance.
