  Club très sympa. L'équipe est toujours souriante et disponible. La nouvelle direction a clairement su donner un nouvel élan.

  I visited this gym with my wife. The Polish woman on reception had no manners. I was informed by a very close friend there was hygiene issues brought to his attention of several of his customers. I was a regular at the Porte Maillot CMG. Very clean and wonderful staff. Remember the Pretty Woman movie. When the assistant messed up. This is the same case huge mistake.

  Positive points include: good equipment, lots of classes and good instructors. Less than good points: showers are unfit for anyone, the locker rooms are crowded and of terrible quality, no soap in the showers which should be included especially at this level of gym, lighting is in need of constant repair, handles on the shower are missing, the drains are missing their grates, the showers are infested with flies, the water fountains have trouble showing up to work, the reception workers would rather be drinking wine than doing their job and finally, the best part, if you renew your 1300€ subscription for the 7th year and wish to redeem your annual "gift", do it a month in advance, otherwise they can say you're too late because... Get this... You didn't want it bad enough, not because you were busy working to pay the 1300€ check. Cmg represent everything that's wrong with multinational big business, you are only a statistic.

  This is a great gym with excellent equipment and a large variety of activities. The staff are very friendly and great fun. A real shame that we can't get an extra towel if you happen to go for a morning of mixed water activities and ordinary gym activities. Also, they could be a bit more careful about making sure that the soap machines in the showers contained soap. I've seen a few complaints in the reviews here and I don't really understand why anybody should have any serious issues with this place. Of course things do go wrong sometimes but I have found that if one talks to the staff, they tend to get fixed. It's a bit pricey but despite the soap problems, it's worth five stars.

  The worst gym ever, employees are very rude and all the time there is something doesn't function, or there is no class or I have to pay an extra euros to be able to reserve and do the class , or the steam room doesn't work or the swimming pool is in construction...... One Sunday they are open till 7pm then an other Sunday till 6 pm. I am really disappointed and don't want to stay in there no longer. Bad customer service. Maya K.
