::Very quaint. A bit of a challenge to travel there on public bus, but if you drive then it's worth it. Autumn is perfect to visit.

::Interesting insight into lives of Josephine and Napoleon. Beautifully restored rooms. 30 - 40 minutes is enough to tour the chateau. Takes longer to get there from central Paris than to visit the chateau, but the trip allows one to get a glimpse of suburban Paris.

::Historically very important. The interior has amazing pieces, but the exterior could have some restoration. The gardens are not so beautiful as I thought it would be.
