  This Castorama is huge and has a great selection, including a replacement for the odd-sized fluorescent tube above my sink that keeps dying. I also picked up a new smoke detector, and they had 10+ different models. Prices are reasonable, but not cheap. Smiling staff directed me to the lighting aisle. Check-out was friendly, but slow. It's easy to get to this Castorama by car, and there's clean, bright, open-air parking. It's probably not the most convenient to get to by public transportation. I noticed that they have a little workbench as you exit that is available to customers. A guy was cutting some boards with a hacksaw. I don't know what other tools are available, but no power tools.

  Tools and home goods store. Surprisingly well stocked and not difficult to navigate for a non-french speaker.
