  A staple café with a view to the beautiful City Hall in Tours. L'Univers has seen many generations of Tourangeaux go through its doors. It has evolved with the times but it's always a pleasure to sit there and pause for a moment.

  Nice setting. Big portions. Food good, but expensive for what you get. €100 for a family if 4. Recommend the cocktails.

  Went for breakfast, despite only two other people there. Our server Benjamin managed to make us feel completely unwelcome. When we asked what was wrong he said we asked too many questions and he had many other customers (two other people). Coffee was poor food was ok.
