::As an account holder I have been trying to get balance of account for 3 months! I even visited the branch and the man I saw there said even he could not get his own account balance. I have sent 6 emails. Not an answer. Nothing at all heard from Barclays which is just so unprofessional. Maybe another bank is a good idea
