::I went to Rishikesh twice and both times I took classes with Dr Vinod and Dr Neetu. In october 2013 I took and ayurvedic beauty course and did a panchakarma with them. I have travelled around and met modern and traditional teachings and I knew I wanted to approach ayurveda and yoga in the traditional way, which is exactly what I was so grateful to receive through them. I was very happy both with their human qualities and the way they transmit Ayurveda. They are patient and always available to answer questions. The 2nd time in December 2014, I went back to study with them 200 hrs yoga teacher training course. There again, I really appreciated their teachings. They listened to my needs and what I wanted to learn even though it was not necessarily in their syllabus. They showed themselves adaptable and flexible. Even after the course, they're always here if I have questions or want to deepen my knowledge. I loved it so much that I wanted to take 500 hours ! There are not many schools I'd recommend in Rishikesh and I met many students who just chose their trainings online and regretted their choice. I haven't met anybody regretting studying with them. On the contrary, people wanted to change their plans after meeting them. One thing maybe worth knowing : the focus is not so much on the physical practice. We had about 1h30 of hatha yoga practice per day. Be aware you can't learn all the asanas in 4 weeks and have your own practice before and after the course. I'm very happy I studied there and definitely recommend it to anyone in search of the traditional yogic and ayurvedic teachings.
