  This Arije store is unassuming, the staff are wonderfully polite and knowledgeable, and the manager -- Natalia -- is a gem of a person. Buying jewelry and watches is difficult not only because the item needs to match your unique taste, but you also need to trust the person on the other side of the table. Natalia and her staff, Theo in particular, immediately won my trust with their warmth, attention to detail, straight talk, and charm. I didn't perceive any rudeness in their tone whatsoever, and I decided to do business with them despite other stores having the product for which I was searching. Natalia went one step further for me by researching engraving options. She made numerous calls, and went so far as to offer FedEx delivery if I chose to wait a couple of weeks for the engraving to be completed. We decided that she would help us engrave when we visited Paris again. The staff at Arije understand that building a good relationship with customers is a key to repeat customers. By helping me find the right memento for my trip to Paris, Natalia and Theo have ensured that I am going to be a loyal, repeat customer of this store.

  Wow! Never experienced such a traumatic experience before. I was in the shop looking to buy a watch as a wedding gift for my fiancé when the shop owner (a woman in her 70's) literally asked me to go out from her shop and grabbed me by the arm insisting that I do so quickly. After a period of shock I realised that it was very likely for discriminative reasons (I am a middle eastern looking young woman). Do not go there. Such an irrespective attitude is unacceptable for a shop owner. It is also illegal. If you are a tourist in Paris, this is definitely not the address you want to go to. There are plenty of other jewellers who have the French hospitality. This narrow minded owner definitely doesn't deserve your money.

  un magasin ou on se sent bien, ou la connaissance du produit est très approfondi et les conseils vont de pair. certains de mes amis y ont acheté leur montre et en sont ravis, le service après vente est irréprochable, on peut vraiment leur faire confiance car leur but semble avant tout de vous aider. un service à l'ancienne avec de légères touches de modernité très apprécié, en fin bref une très bonne adresse pour connaitre les dernières tendances avec un très vaste choix et des pièces exclusives que l'on a du mal a trouver ailleurs

  One of the best watches shop in Paris so far ! I come from China and I usually visit Paris once a year and come to Casty to take a look at the latest watch from the brands we love. Service is really good, some of the staff speak chine very helpful! I recommend this place

  Bastien et moi avons du aller dans deux boutiques différentes! Quoi de mieux que d'être reçu chaleureusement, prendre son temps pour faire son choix et ne pas être pressuriser par un ou une vendeuse qui ne cherche qu'a faire du chiffre. Ce sont des passionnés qui s'occupent de vous et cela n'a pas de prix, Casty est au coeur du luxe et de l'artisanat parisien, c'est un endroit que je conseille aux amateurs de belles choses.
