  Be carefull! I´ve brought my device there for a battery change. After the exchange my device was completely full with scratches on the back. No one feels responsible for these damages on my phones!

  I would give zero stars, unfortunately not possible. Had an appointment and Apple Hotline told me that the staff will exchange my iPhone battery right from the bat. So I came 10 minutes late which was my fault but the staff was not able to tell me that they will need the whole day. I was forced to wait for 3 hours first time just to have someone to talk. This person told me to pick up my phone in three hours again. So I have spent the hole Saturday waiting. Thank you for nothing.
