  This hotel is very good compared other Apart city hotels. New decoration, clean, has nice small kitchen, we only used fridge and microwave. Breakfast choice is not big. Next to hotel has a bus stop where you can take a bus to the city center

  Absolute travesty of a hotel. This is by far the worst service I've ever received in a hotel. A huge parking lot on the outskirts of Reims and they screw you 7 euros extra per night to put a car in the lot. The hotel is essentially unreachable without a car so this should just be included in the price. Stayed for three nights and was told the second night that all of our wet towels were our own responsibility to clean at 7 euros a go in the washing machine on site. In all my years of staying in hotels and "apart-hotels" I've never had to clean the hotel's towels for them. One garbage bag provided in the kitchen and no clearing of the garbage each day and no new garbage bag provided so we have to go buy a package of garbage bags to put out garbage away. If I had booked the hotel three times for one night each in a row I would receive new towels, clean garbage bags, etc. in the same price. If you are a repeat customer you're on your own. I would never recommend this hotel chain to anyone ever again and moreover I would actually push people far away from this chain. Lots of newer buildings _with_ air conditioning the same distance from Reims centre and without any of the BS of this place.

  Pet Friendly can even have breakfast with dog outside, only negative was how the toilet was detached from rest of bathroom a bit weird but great for short stopovers!

  Good bathroom. Kitchen was a bit under-stocked (cups, plates & cutlery).

  Stayed in a one bedroom apartment that had a pull out couch. The room was fine but they were very strict about the 3 pm check in time (like not even at 2:56pm). It's a bit far from the city center but along a bus route which is ok except the last bus is around 8pm. Seems like a reasonable place to stay if you have a car
