  Staying here as a student since they also rent out student studios. Room has cockroaches and no Wi-Fi like promised. Stove did not work and the only fixed that by giving me a camping stove after a month. Wi-Fi is still not fixed and still cockroaches after repeatedly sending emails and complaining at the reception. Stay away from this place!

  One of my worst hotel experiences in a long time. Reception closes at 21:00 so for us no chance to fix any of the many inconveniences in our room. Heating was broken, bathroom was a joke with no continues hot water, unclear no of beds so we were with 3 in a room thats really only for 2 people with no extra blankets available (cold and awkward). Luckily Lyon is a great city so we could be out as much as possible, but this was truly horrible. Especially considering the price was over 300 euros for 2 nights due to the light festival. I wouldn't even pay 20 for this.
