::I was cycling the Loire Valley when my bottom bracket bearing failed. I arrived at this shop at around 17:30. On explanation of my problem with my very poor French the two mechanics stripped the bracket down and tried to find a part to fit my English made bike. They did not have one and ordered the part that night to get the bike up and running the next day. I hired a bike for the day and returned to collect my bike around 16:00 without loosing any of my planned trip. Great service from a very nice team.
