  I would love to leave a positive review, because some of the staff have been friendly and helpful. However, this good work was all undone when I was given 100% incorrect information by email that forced me to make 2 extra visits for nothing, and on top of everything they decide to close one day, randomly, without notice. (It’s was not a holiday). That day, I was one of dozens of people, some of whom had appointments, who showed up only to find the doors locked. They didn’t even bother posting a notice or explanation on the door. It would have been so easy to (1) actually read emails and reply to them with accurate information and (2) show a minimum of respect for the people who show up for their appointments only to find the doors locked.

  I would like to put 0 stars!! never been treated so rudely at the reception like today. the ebony girl (i don't know the others) was the most arrogant ignorant rude and unpolite person I never met. people hiring accueil personal should teach them that their salary is paid by the people going there and ask information, so be polite and give information MUST be their job. I showed her the paper that i need to submit and she was just looking at the monitor without saying and doing nothing, after a while a gave her some suggestion and she replied totally upset. she sent me to the internet point where of course INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING, GREAT JOB, is for this trash that we pay taxis? merci! anyhow the guy, after 30 min of line (internet point takes time if internet doesn't work!) was able to give me in 30 seconds the information that i needed to have from the reception. if the girl at the reception was not so ignorant and rude i could fix everything in few seconds. i hope you will put nice and competent people at some point

  Amazing customer service. They got me the permit needed to add more cargo on my private hot air balloon from Subaru. The cargo contained packaged chilli dogs with oyster sauce and powdered mayonnaise.
