  Everything is fine if you go early (45 minutes max) before your bus leaves since the place is a bit of a maze. It’s located inside the building on the back of the park so it can be hard to find. Lots of buses there, so be cautios. Cleanliness is similar to most metro stations. Just as I said - go on time and you’ll be fine!

  I arrived at the bus stop and after 30 minutes my bag disappeared. Please be careful. A large park nearby will be able to carry all things easily and disappear. Unfortunately I couldn’t find my bag again.

  Do not dare to go in a rush. It takes a lot of time to reach the entrance. Get there from the park without climbing the stairs. You cannot see the entrance from the river side.

  Apart from finding the station in the middle of the parc of Bercy, it is easy to reach and works well.

  If you are taking Flixbus, or any of those travel buses, give yourself plenty of time to find the stop! The map is very vague. Some tips: 1. It's in the back of the park (if you're coming from the metro) 2. DO NOT go up the big set of stairs 3. Common sense tells you that buses don't go inside buildings, so you may try to find it elsewhere... it is INSIDE the abandoned looking building!! 4. There are absolutely NO signs indicating that there is a bus stop in the vicinity. I really wish someone told me this before I walked around for 30 minutes and missed my bus and had to buy a new ticket!! I called Flixbus and the customer service lady said "it's in the park!" And that was all. It's a big park. Good luck!
