  Bien situé pour visiter Nancy à pieds. Le personnel est agréable, les chambres propres et confortables. Le parking en sous sol est appréciable. Bonne expérience.

  Unimpressed and definitely not a 4-star hotel. Decently-sized and clean room with a bathtub and friendly staff. Positives end there - the hotel is not central by any means for such a small city (15 mins. walk to the center). As well, the beds are terrible - none of our party of three slept well (pillows and mattresses felt like straw). Also, the next morning while getting ready, a staff member opened our door (presumably to clean), without even knocking. Thankfully everyone was clothed. We’re even canceling the next Novotel we had planned for this trip - it was that bad.

  Wurde meinen Erwartungen an ein Novotel nicht gerecht. Das gesamte Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad und WC sind enge Einbauboxen. Die Garage ist ebenfalls sehr eng. Das Frühstück war ok, das Personal beim Nachlegen etwas unaufmerksam. Die Rezeption dagegen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah (15min Fußweg) und am jardin d'eau sehr schön.
