  Super acceuil et très bonne expérience d’achat dans cette boutique! Les vendeurs sont de très bons conseillers et au petit soin!

  Une autre adresse de la marque Louis Vuitton. Service voiturier, accueil privilégié, un personnel compétant, à votre service. Une boisson vous est proposée, champagne oblige !. Nous sommes entièrement dans le beau, le Luxe, le rêve. On vous raccompagne, même si, par décision, vous n'avez rien acheté. Je préfère cette adresse, pour Paris. C'est plus intime.

  Accueil parfait, écoute du client remarquable, seul point négatif : si l'on est pas étranger ont sent vraiment la différence.. Aux petits oignons pour la clientèle étrangère, différent mais bien aussi pour nous.. Dommage

  After being fully ignored by the staff at the Champ Elysees store I was happy to come here and have someone actually answer my questions. I walked around for a while before someone was free but after that I was helped by a gentleman who answered a couple quick questions and I was sold on a limited duffle bag. It definitely pays to talk to customers in high end stores. Not everyone who wants to buy something will be draped in designer from head to toe.

  Visualize me getting up and applauding to this store! Let me applaud because in 2018 there’s still racism in store like this. But god bless you , a lady almost kicked us out and followed us around the store for hours like we were trying to steal something. I been to a lot of country I own designer stuff because of my skin color or the way that I was dress does not mean that I don’t have the money to buy anything in this store. I been to a lot of LV stores specially in the United States and the treatment is absolutely exceptional, you can touch all the stuff and try them on because how I will know I like something unless I touch it or see it. You told me I could not take pictures in the store yet you have 135 pictures online, on top of that they scan you to go inside the store. Oh my lord I never felt so violated in my life, I always hear story of people saying oh this stores are racist but they are, if you dark skin they will follow you like you a thief. I hope some of you read this and stand up against store like this don’t purchase from people that discriminate. Don’t come here do it to change the world go to another country but don’t buy in France, do not buy here. Change the world, and don’t let people dictate who is bad or who is good based on the color of their skin. I will get in contact with LV directly to do a formal complain for discrimination for now I just hope that my words get to someone out there and help me show these people that we not in the slavery times, and you are not better than me because you work at this store, because of people like us regular people is the that lady can eat probably.
