  Je connais les Paniers Davoine depuis plus de 8 ans maintenant. Je n'ai jamais été déçue de la qualité des produits proposés, que ce soient des fruits et des légumes ou de l'épicerie. Un système souple, très souple, permet de faire son choix sans contrainte. L'écoute immédiate en cas de "quoi que ce soit" est appréciable ... A recommander sans modération.

  Quand je vais chercher mon panier, j'ai l'impression d'ouvrir un cadeau. ça fait partie des petits plaisirs simples ! Les paniers sont livrés juste à côté de chez moi, c'est très pratique en plus d'être bio, local et délicieux ! Un grand merci pour ce que vous faites, c'est génial !

  Une super initiative, pour faire travailler le commerce local. Rapport qualité prix, super ! avec toute la flexibilité qu'il faut en plus. Le plaisir de manger sain et de consommer des produits de notre environnement agricole proche. Bravo continuez.

  The vegetables are good although I was a little disappointed with the fruits. The produce are good. No question about that. But the web site is cumbersome. And the customer service is poor. They are simply not considerate of customers. I have bought one 'panier' one year ago. It was nice except for the pears. Their answer was 'bad luck,huhh', which I find inadequate. They could at least try to look into the issue. After one whole year, I decided to give them another chance. The delivery date was not clearly given at the time of ordering. I expected to receive the 'panier' one day and it was actually scheduled the next week. This is OK as long as this information is given in a clear fashion. When I called them to ask about the panier I was expecting, their answer was 'We write the rules for delivery on our website, therefore too bad for you, you should read more carefully'. When I suggested that they provide a clear delivery date into the email confirming the order, they claimed that it was too complicated for them to do. Weirdly enough, all their competitors manage to do it. And being into the high tech industry, I know for good that it is no big deal to add this feature. I will now order rom their competition.
