  If, like me, you're not a great Champagne drinker be prepared for a surprise at the sheer number of different labels, years and tastes on offer here. The establishment is run by a very knowledgeable gentleman, although he's usually on his own so be prepared for some extended browsing time if the shop is busy. I explained to him that I like a dry champagne but that most were too acidic for me. After a moment's deliberation he suggested I try a Blanc de Blanc very reasonably priced at 30 Euros. It was perfect. I don't have the chance to get to Reims much these days but I certainly intend to pop in at the next opportunity.
