  The Castle Hill area in Nice is very beautiful. We went on a rainy spring day in May 2018 and, despite the weather, it was still pretty incredible. We entered from the staircase off the promenade near the Hotel Swisse, toured around, and then exited near Old Nice and had ice cream. There are beautiful paths that wind up from the promenade and many lookout points along the way that have great views. Definitely worth the trip to see the broader area. There are even a couple of places to watch planes circle about and land in the distant airport.

  Très beau point de vue sur Nice et la mer. Accessible par la route, les marches ou l'ascenseur gratuit. On y observera le port d'un côté et le vieux Nice de l'autre. Passage obligé par la cascade. Aire de jeux pour les enfants. C'est un incontournable de Nice.

  Wow! If you're going to Nice, you could not possibly leave without visiting Castle Hill! Walking up the peaceful steps to find this beautiful park with amazing views and attractions. You can also take the lift which is available from under the steps near the coast. There's a waterfall which gives you magnificent photos and the signature Nice photo of the view of the sea and town (see image)

  Eu amo este lugar. É simples, mas te fornece uma experiência única. A vista é maravilhosa. Utilizem o elevador para subir, ele fica do lado esquerdo da escada, bem ao fundo. Agora, se fila estiver grande, vá de escada mesmo. A subida é tranquila.

  Un très bel endroit, meilleur emplacement pour observer et photographier la côte. A visiter absolument par tout le monde. Accès facile, on monte à pied, en ascenseur ou en voiture!
