  Do not be dazzled by the big doors, the staff are great, but this is a big old hotel, the heating system is out of control and too hot making desired sleep tough, not worth the money unless you really want to be two blocks from all the Champs Elysees action. But staff, superb.

  Staff were friendly and greeted you, being sure to offer their assistance. The food was excellent, though the variety was lacking. The room itself was mostly clean, the couch in the room had a big stain on it. The A/C didn't work, and the room was like a furnace, which meant we had to sleep with the freezing wind coming through the windows to try and balance the temperature (as suggested by the hotel staff). The Internet worked well. The television was a nightmare to get to work. The term SPA is quite deceiving, what is actually provided is a sauna, some masage rooms and a small gym. There were no tea making facilities in the room, only a mini bar.

  Hermoso hotel, el servicio es muy bueno y está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy rico y las habitaciones acogedoras y espaciosas (tomando en cuenta el tamaño de otras habitaciones en hoteles similares en París). Muy recomendable!

  Not my kind of hotel, old style and fits more an elder clientele... A professional and quick service, a bar and a restaurant. Internet is free and fast.
