  REFUS REMBOURSEMENT. Plusieurs nuits réservées dans cet hôtel, annulées 4 minutes après. Ainsi je demande par téléphone si un arrangement pour recouvrer ma somme est possible. L'accueil est impersonnel et n'apporte pas de solution. Je fais la même demande par mail, pas de réponses, pas de réponse = PAS DE SERVICE.

  I have been presently surprised. Upon entering the front desk. I was given a warm welcome. The front desk provided a map and showed me where there were popular tourist attractions to see. And advised to take the Metro to see this amazing city. My first I did and saw the Notre Dame cathedral.

  Le temps d’un week-end, le personnel a su répondre à nos attentes. Petit déjeuner buffet simple mais bon.

  Hôtel confortable situé en bordure d'un quartier animé (la butte aux cailles). Accueil sympathique, très bonne literie, buffet de petit-déjeuner particulièrement attractif. Juste pour pinailler : ça manque de crochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain.

  This hotel was wonderful. It had charm and class even though it was a little small, but very comfortable! The staff was great and they even had a place in the lobby to store luggage. The bakery items and coffee at the breakfast were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
