::The hotel is located in the centre of Orléans wich is quite nice. It is near the statue of Jean d'Arc. The service is excellent. Personel is nice and friendly and speak a variety of languages. Our family room was located on the 3rd floor accessible with either stairs or a small elevator. It was a small room with 1 particular hard bed and almost no room for our kids travel bed (for our 1yo). Overall it suites its designated 2 star hotel type. Breakfast (optional) was fine, but a little on the expensive side, though the croissants were very nice. They do have a private parking space but not for large cars with a medium roofcase.

::This place is stuck in the 70s, not in a good way. Made a big mistake staying here, should have stuck to the 'franchises'. You are greeted by the smell of old stale smoke in the lobby, motion sensor activated lights give the passages an abandoned feel. Don't bother with breakfast unless you are into boiled eggs (cold boiled eggs). Then finally I hope you don't mind company in your room, loads of cockroaches, ok two but two more than I expected for 100 Euro per night. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

::Great location right next to the train station; clean rooms with very nice bathrooms; and a fair price (I called the hotel directly to book; they spoke great English, I was able to be more specific about the room type than I could on the booking websites, and I think I got a small discount for booking directly). Also, my friend and I had two loading touring bicycles, and Chakib was unbelievably helpful in storing them safely and caring for our luggage. A great experience at a great price!
