Very good service, quality and value for money BUT in a very deprived area!

This hotel ist a very hospitable place with a nice staff, clean and modern rooms and an offering of breakfast in the morning and comestibles and small cold snacks all day. If you have breakfast beware of the eggs, they are provided raw and have to be put into water manually. However, the water seems not to be very hot, so you have to wait for a very long time, even for a soft boiled egg. The immediate surroundings are of a poorer Parisian quarter, however, you have a very short distance to the Métro station. In the vicinity, there are also a few places for dinner.

I've stayed here many times. Staff are always welcoming, good breakfast coffees and plenty of restaurants in the evening to explore.

The rooms are very good, breakfast is amazing but the downers were location and staff. The location is pretty much outside of Paris and the staff just don't know anything about Paris attractions. All they can do for you is to call a cab, hand you a map and you're pretty much on your own. Either they're too lazy to put in the effort of giving us detailed information or just don't care, either ways it was a turn off. But the access to the city isn't bad. There's the Porte Montrueil station just five minutes walk away which takes you to most major spots on the number 9 train. For Eiffel tower one needs to get down at Trocadero and either soak in the views from the Trocadero vantage point or change to no. 6 train and get down two stops later at the base of Eiffel tower. To get to Champs Elysees, take the no. 9 to Franklin D. Roosevelt station and change from there. Access is very good but location isn't. It's more or less a slum where this hotel is located and they don't bother to clean the area around the hotel. Curb appeal zero. Staff not very friendly. Rooms are super big and comfortable. My points are for rooms, breakfast and ease of access.
