  電梯很有問題 感應器隨時處於故障狀態 服務很有問題 房間連喝的水都要自己打電話要 還不一定會送來 空調有問題 房間悶到一個不行 空氣有問題 都是灰塵四處飛

  Worst check in process I've ever experienced. The link says can't check in until 1400, room was not ready until 1530 and we arrived about an hour earlier just in case. No A/C in the rooms. Called front desk, a person came into our room to say it was fixed (it was never fixed). Breakfast staff super rude (no manners). Breakfast was ok but too expensive for bread, croissants orange juice and ham. The eggs were nasty (uncooked) that's probably the European way to do eggs but it was just too watery. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. There's no way to park in front of the hotel to unload your bags. You have to make a weird u-turn and perk on the side or just go straight down to the parking garage 20€ per day, then take the elevator to the lobby. There's a small mall within 5 minutes walking with a Subways and McDonald's. Downtown is like 45 minutes away via metro which we used for a little over 15€ for 2 adults and 2 kids round trip. To go to Disneyland Paris we just drove and pay the 20€ for all day and shared our vehicle with another family to save money. I will never stay in this hotel again

  Super Hôtel. Idéal pour les enfants. À éviter le restaurant. Problème de coordination et de cuisson. J ai été malade avec une bouchée de terrine mal cuite. Pour le resto, c est un 0 pointé. Le directeur ne s est même pas déplacer. Une honte...

  Grand hôtel comportant 18 étages avec une petite salle de sports au dernier étage. Les chambres sont relativement grandes, la salle de bain est moyenne, un appareil sèche-cheveux à disposition. Dans la chambre petit frigo et un coffre fort à disposition. Décoration et ameublement banales. Dans les couloirs la moquette est souvent tâchée. Petit déjeuner continental servi de 6 à 9h30 voire 4h du matin au plus tôt. Salé (jambon, lard, œufs brouillés, gruyère et flageolets) ou sucré avec petits pains chocolats, croissants, pain de mie à toaster, confiture, salade de fruits et yaourts. Bref petit déjeuner classique en suffisance mais pas très original. Au rez-de-chaussée un grand hall avec la réception. Au premier étage de nombreux salons pour séminaires ou autres. Plusieurs ascenseurs à disposition.
