  Poor customer service. Ordered food from room service and they forgot the order completely. Called reception to lodge a complaint and they were so casual and unapologetic about it. Definitely not being run professionally like a Novotel. There are many good hotels around. Look for others.

  Buon hotel. Di prezzo medio alto a cui corrisponde una qualità medio alta. L'offerta del ristorante potrebbe essere decisamente superiore

  Very convenient location next to train station, with a 15 minute walking distance into city center. The room on 9th floor was clean with great views on surrounding mountains. Staff is efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with hot and cold food. Overall a good hotel, a bit worn in places, I would not consider it 4 stars as advertised.

  Zwar ein sehr schönes Hotel mit modernem Ambiente und gutem Essen (selbst im Rahmen einer eventuell gebuchten Halbpension), aber leider sehr, sehr versteckt gelegen. Wer mit einem größeren Fahrzeug – zum Beispiel einem Wohnmobil – anreisen sollte, wird große Probleme haben eine Zufahrt zu finden. Wer sich mit dem Navigationsgerät aus südlicher Richtung nähert, wird auf einen Platz hinter dem Hotel geführt, von welchem aus es kaum ein entrinnen mehr gibt. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Nacht ist sehr schlecht und die Altstadt ist doch um einiges weiter entfernt als man angenommen hat. Das Hotel ist aber empfehlenswert.
