  Its in good place to acsess the important points of city, but some staffs were agressive!

  Totally overpriced and uncomfortable. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the street, with bad sound proofing and with constant car traffic throughout the night, I just couldn't sleep. The hotel itself feels and looks like an old two-star hotel, just rebranded as a Mercure with some cosmetic painting to mask it. Breakfast was poor and unattractive. The lobby looked very cheap. The elevator was broken. It is probably the worst Mercure hotel I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of Mercure hotels over the years.

  Nice small hotel in the centre of the city. The most important thing for me, there was real hot water in the shower, cause we was in cold weather in Paris, and hot shower was necessary. People who work there always smile and speak English. From the hotel around 15 min walking to the Louvre and other interesting places are near. I recommend this place.

  The beds are firm but comfortable, the temperature control works, the rooms are large for Paris, and the staff is welcoming. What else do you need?

  Stayed in a suite, cold room, heating not working properly, terrible bed with a mattress that was probably older than me. Very small bathroom in which you have to be a contorsionist to be able to take a shower, good location though in the heart of Opera quarter with lots of good restaurants around.
