  It is a very nice and clean Hotel. Its small but that is normal for Paris. The Stuff are very helpfull and friendly. There is a Lift in the Hotel which was important for my Baby Buggy. I didnt take a Breakfast there because near the Hotel there is a lot of Restaurants and Bakery. But Breakfast cost 9€/Person per night. Just 1 minute walk there is a bus station and 4 minutes your reach Place d'italie it is a very big Place with more than a Metro line and a lot of buses. There is also a shopping Mall Italie Deux with a Big Supermarket inside. On the Place d'italie you find more than one Café and Creperie where you can enjoy sitting there also in the night to have a drink. I have a very positive impression I advice everyone to choose this Hotel because for Paris its Perfekt and inexpensive.

  Smell like piss all around the building and hallway. Only the room was ok.

  A very food option to stay down town. Rooms are really small but there's everything and we didn't hear much noise. The bed was also comfortable.
